Yes I re-watch @bcantrill talks like re-runs of The Office. It may be shocking to him but Bryan is the virtual representation of the software engineering mentor I never had. I just listened to the talk he gave on oral traditions in software twice in 24hours. It is an absolute gem like all his talks. @kdwarn @nnungest That's a remarkable story and finding -- and it does make one reflect on the extraordinary amount of history for which we have no written record! I also find myself reflecting on the (positive!) consequences for humanity now that are in an era where so much history is recorded...
